NIGHTWISH Finish Writing Material For New Album
Finland's NIGHTWISH have finished writing the material for their next album and are now preparing to record pre-production versions of the songs so that they can be edited and arranged.

KAMELOT's official web site has been updated with a short interview the band's webmaster conducted with the group's guitarist/mainman Thomas Youngblood:
Q: You have two shows this coming weekend, tell us more? Will there be some special guests?
Thomas: "We are heading to Amsterdam for the Waldrock festival and a headliner show the Plato in Helmond, Netherlands.
ICED EARTH: New Guitarist Found?
Allentown, Pennsylvania's 91.7 FM WMUH radio station has announced that Ernie Carletti, formerly of SLIK HELVETIKA, has been added as the second guitarist for ICED EARTH.
R:I:P To Enter Studio Next Week
R:I:P (RAW:INTENSE:POWER), the new German band featuring Björn Daigger (MAJESTY) and drummer Chris Merzinsky (MIDNATTSOL), will enter the studio next Monday (July 3) to record the songs they've written over the last few months.
